Please Note Our Dresses are made after orders are placed we only accept return or exchanges for quality issue or faulty dresses. We do not offer return or exchange if you choose wrong colour or size. Please double check colour and sizes before placing order.

We strive to offer you the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with quality or we send faulty dresses, please Contact Us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).
Please note that we only accept return of products (Only if faulty) in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge..
Please check the size chart properly and choose the correct size and colour before placing order, if you need help with choosing correct size and colour please contact us. We will not refund for too big or too small size issue or when you choose wrong colour unless we advise you to choose wrong size. Should you decide to return because of size or colour issue and we accept we will only issue 50% refund and you will be responsible for return shipping.
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund consisting of full shipping cost and 100% of product purchase price.

WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE PERSONALISED ITEMS unless you receive a defective item. You have 48 hours to notify us at email@example.com with images of defective item.
If you receive your receive a defective order you have 7 days from receipt to ship the order for a refund or exchange. We do not offer return based on you choosing wrong size or colour please use size chart as a guide to choosing the correct size we can also assist with the sizing please contact us. If you received a stained dress we will offer cost of dry-cleaning the dress we will not offer a refund because of stain unless the stain is permanent.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- There is absolutely no refund or exchange on personalised item, unless we made an error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not accept returns on personalized items unless you receive a defective item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days. Again, THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS, Unless item delivered to you damage, defective, or we made an error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. You have 48 hours to notify us if you received a damage or defective item. You will need to send us an email with photos of the damage or defective item at email@example.com so we can determine if item is eligible for exchange. We do not replace item in case of you choosing wrong size or colour. Please confirm size and colour before placing the order.
To return your product, you must have the return approved by a member of our staff. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you( usually 10 - 20%) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
